Greetings! Hope you can still remember the medicine case of the 99 years old lady Zho You who suffered from Lumbar Dislocation. By that time, the people in the Chinese Medicine industry were curious to ask whether this treatment had a temporary effect or long term healing purposes.

Lumbar Dislocation
Mrs. Poon is a 99-year old lady who slipped and fell at her home on 30 Jan 2021. After her fall she could not walk and felt serious pain in both her back and knee.
Western doctors suggested Orthopedic surgery and offered one dosage of morphine daily to eradicate the pain. But the pain persisted nearly 3weeks afterwards.
Lumbar Dislocation

Medical History
Mrs. Poon has high blood pressure and is taking
anti- hypentension one tablet daily. She has
slipped and fell previously. Recent CT
findings has indicated her left kidney has 1.5 cm
cysts while her right kidney has multiple cysts
including one measuring a 7.6 cm.
Radiology report
1: Generalized Osteopenia
2: Sacralization of L5
3: Mild spondylolisthesis of L3 and L4
4: Lumbar spondylosis
5: Vacuum phenomenon at T12/ L1, L1/2, L2/3,
L3/4 disc levels, and disc calcification at
L4/5 level, leaning towards degenerative change.
6: A 2.5 x 1.7 cm well corticated bone in
posterior aspect of left hip joint, which could be related to old an avulsion fracture.
7: A 1.5 cm cyst in upper part of her left kidney. A few small ( up to 0.95 cm) hyperdense cysts and a large (7.6 cm) simple cyst in her right kidney.
8: Previous cholecystectomy.

Clinical features
Mrs. Poon was sitting in a wheelchair when we
met, as she was not able to walk and move. Her
knees were swollen like a beachball, with her rightknee more swollen than her left knee. She could
not lift her knees straight 180 degrees, she could barely lift her knees for even a moment to even
30 degree. Her mental status was excellent as
she was able to respond quickly and logically to my questions. She could point out the exact area of her pain. However, her pain is quite serious as only one light touch on her back would trigger pain in her back and knees, and any movement
such as standing up from her wheelchair would
cause her serious pain, I would say her pain is
intolerable.

Secret of longevity
Mrs. Poon is amiable, I wonder for her life being
and hope she can share with us the secret of
longevity.
She is happy to share as her reason is, she never has arguments with people, never fights over anything, her mind is calm, lacking hatred nor desiresfor revenge or regret. She only concentrates of
taking care her children as well as her grandson
until she can be witness to their wedding
ceremonies.
In the morning, she goes for a walk by the harbor,she prefers mild tasting food and leading a thrifty and frugal lifestyle is the way for her to maintain longevity in life as well as a clear mind.
